First of all, the colors in this suit are fantastic if you like bright colors. I'm 5' 5" (165 cm), 123 lbs with a 34B bust. I'm thin with a smallish waist and flat stomach but very substantial thighs and butt. I got a medium fearing that the top would be too big and the bottoms too small, but they both fit. The bottoms do not ride up my butt, which is a huge plus. The top fits a little wonky but nothing that anyone but me would notice. It's hard to explain but the fabric underneath the cups kinda pulls away from my ribs which makes it look a bit weird. That may be because my boobs are a teeny bit too small to fill out the cups. I saw some pictures that other people posted who had larger boobs and they didn't seem to have that problem. My only real issue is the ruching. It is REALLY ruched and there's too much extra fabric, in my opinion. The ruching is probably flattering on a lot of body types, but on me it just seems to add a few pounds. My belly is not a problem area so the ruching does more harm than good. I'm going to keep it though because it is a modest bathing suit that I can wear in lieu of a 1 piece.I always wear a 2XX (size 16) so I bought my normal size. The waistline was a smidge snug to get on over the largest part of my thighs. Although the rest of the lower half is very stretchy and comfy, the waistline isn’t.As for the upper part, I am a 38D and it fit quite well. The extra material under the underwire hid what very little boob didn’t fit into the cup.Suit is modest enough to wear at family style resorts. Overall pleasedI love the way this swimsuit looks on me! The bottoms fit me well with room to stretch. I think I could have gone down in size but was concerned about the top piece band size. The band fits my ribs great without too much bulging though it does drown me when it comes to the cup size. I'm a 36-38 B cup for reference.Since it's a firm cup there is SO much extra space in those things. I still wear it and enjoy the extra umph it gives my figure. LolGiving 4 stars because the fabric covering my bottom already feels super thin and is pilling after only a couple uses.I loved the way the bottoms fit. Perfect coverage for the postpartum belly and enough booty coverage to keep me from pulling at the bottoms while chasing kiddos around. But the top was sized way too small for me. I’m breastfeeding, so sizing is a bit off but for reference I ordered a medium and am 5’7” and 140lbs with a 4m postpartum mom pooch. Before breast feeding I was a 34D. The rigid wire cups were just too small. I’d guess closer to a B or C cup and just fit awkwardly at the chest. Hope this review helps and happy shopping! After looking through tons of photos posted on here and reading countless reviews, I decided to buy a few of these swimsuits in different colors/patterns. I decided, based on reviews and the provided size chart, to go with LARGE. For reference, I'm 5'6" and currently 156 lbs. My measurements are 38-30-41, and I have birthed and breastfed 3 beautiful children (which is important because the skin all over my torso -more specifically my tummy and breasts- is still stretched out, which means to the unknowing eye, it looks like fat). Okay, now, on to the swimsuit...I really wanted to love this! Like, really badly. I love the retro look, and all the photos other people posted make this swimsuit look super cute and flattering on all different body types. Why not me, right? Well, out of the package, the large already looked too big, but I went ahead and tried it on anyway. The cups were awkward for me to make work (probably on account of my loose, sagging breasts), but after playing around a bit, I found that if I wore the top pretty high, it created that perky push-up look...but it also pushed around my fat/skin in other areas and created a pretty unflattering bulge in front of my armpits that I just could not hide. I wondered if I should have gone with a MEDIUM instead (the reasoning is there's plenty of stretch available, and I feel like a smaller size would push things in more, instead of out the sides). Then I tried on the bottoms. Which came up past my natural waistline and almost all the way up to the bottom of the swimsuit top. It looked way too high from the back, accentuated my Joey pouch from the side, and exaggerated my love handles from the front. I really felt like maybe I should've gone with a MEDIUM instead to hold things in better and be slightly shorter to actually look like a two-piece swimsuit. I played around with the bottoms for quite a bit, trying to figure out how to make it work. I scrunched them down (to several different heights) and found that it looked even more awkward and squeezed things out in a horrible way. Finally, I pulled it up the extra inch or two to meet the bottom of the swim top, and I honestly felt it looked better as a one-piece on me than it did as a two. So, I'll probably just sew the two pieces together and wear it that way.All in all, I feel like I should have gone with the MEDIUM instead of the LARGE (and maybe I will try ordering again in the smaller size another time). But it seems to be a more flattering suit for ladies with beautiful curves, or for fit chicks without flaws to be exposed; on my Mommy body, which is still trying to recover from my last little love, I just did not find it flattering at all, as much as I desperately hoped it would be. So, maybe my problem is just my awkward body? Haha.Everybody who posted photos looks absolutely amazing though, and I sincerely hope that everyone else who decides to purchase this swimsuit has a positive experience.I’m 5’6”, 200 lbs (~91 kg/~14 stone) and I wear a 38E. First of all, I’m impressed how much I like this suit. After having two children and not being a particularly fit I think it’s really flattering. The bottoms do a great job smoothing out my tummy. The only drawback for me is the top. It fits around my body but the cups don’t really fit around my breasts, they kinda just sit on top. So if you’re a woman with a heavier set bust this my bother you. Overall I’m quite pleased and would recommend this bathing suit. I definitely want to buy more colors! AwwI love the swimsuit but I absolutely recommend ordering a size up from your normal size. There is less stretch than you’d expect in a swimsuit.Vibrant colors and seems to be decent quality fabric. Good deal for the price. Could use some more back strap coverage it’s a little skimpy on back. If thin not big deal but for us plus size it leads the back fat bulges. All in all feel good in it though! I’m size 18 or 20 in swimsuits due to larger bust. Ordered a 5xL. Both bottom and top fit well.Such an adorable vintage style bikini. Fit perfectly. Showed up two weeks before expected delivery date.
